On the occasion of International Teachers' Day, Surendra-Charu Foundation organized a special program at Surya Kumar High School on 5th October 2025. The event commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 12:30 PM. The occasion began with the lighting of candles in honor of Zubeen Sir, a renowned musician from Assam.
The program featured a guest speaker, Mr. Dutta, who shared insightful thoughts and ideas on the importance of teachers and their role in shaping the future. Mr. Raju Goswami served as the program coordinator, ensuring the smooth execution of the event. Miss Kakoli Nath oversaw the art competition, which had two groups (A and B) with around 95 students participating. Prizes were distributed to the winners, and chocolates were given to all students. Refreshments were also arranged for guests and faculty members.
The event aimed to appreciate and recognize the tireless efforts of teachers in shaping the complete.
